Jamskii Car Rental Agreements shall be governed by the Laws of Antigua and Barbuda. The parties agree that any legal action arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be brought in the courts of Antigua and Barbuda, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement. THE LESSEE’S OBLIGATIONS The Lessee hereby agrees: The motor vehicle shall not be operated by any other person other than the Lessee who is over the age of twenty three (23), holds a valid Antigua & Barbuda driver’s license and has held a driver’s license for more than 2 years. The motor vehicle shall not be used to carry passengers or property for hire. The motor vehicle shall not be used for any race or in any competition. The motor vehicle shall not be used for any illegal or unlawful purpose. The Lessee shall take all reasonable steps to safe guard the vehicle at all times and not operate the motor vehicle in a negligent or reckless manner. To ensure that no alterations are made to the motor vehicle or any component removed from the motor vehicle without the written consent of the Lessor. To refuel the motor vehicle to the level it was received on Starting Date. Failure to refuel to the selected level shall result in an extra charge of EC$25.00 per quarter tank. To immediately inform the Lessor in the event of any damage to or loss of the motor vehicle the cost of which will be assessed by the Lessor upon the return of the motor vehicle. To be held fully liable for any damage caused to the motor vehicle while in the Lessee’s possession. CDW Insurance (Optional) CDW “Collision Damage Waiver” Insurance starts from US$10.00 per day. If accepted, the Lessee will not be responsible for the cost of repairs in the event there is an accident. CDW does not cover damaged tires/rims. If the Lessee declines the waiver and the vehicle leased is damaged or totaled due to an accident, the Lessee is responsible for the cost of repairs up to Market Value. The CDW Insurance once paid is not refundable. CANCEL RESERVATIONS UP UNTIL 24 HOURS BEFORE BOOKING
